Single Reservations – $65 per person.  Select your meal choice when you purchase your Registration.


Appetizer: Organic butter lettuce salad with heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, fresh apples, roasted almonds, apple tarragon vinaigrette.

Chicken entree:  Roasted Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

Beef entree:       Balsamic Herb Marinated Filet of Beef

Vegetable entree:  Vegetable Lasagna Stack With Herb and Olive Oil, Grilled Portobello Mushroom, Eggplant, Tomato, and Squash, Layered with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese

Served with Chef’s Choice of Side and Vegetable

If you want to be at a table of friends you can purchase a table for 10 –  $600 per table
